New book available for Kindle and Kindle Fire
As many of you know, my new e-book, Gambling on a Dream: The Classic Las Vegas Strip 1930-1955 is available on the iTunes Store. Up till now, you had to have a Mac computer, an iPad or an iPhone to read it. Well, the book is now available for Kindle and Kindle Fire tablets. And don't forget, it is just $9.99!
Nevada State Museum Presentation
To celebrate this announcement, I will be giving a presentation on the book on Saturday, Oct. 22nd at the Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas! The program begins at 2:00 pm and will last about 90 minutes with a question and answer session following.
